Operations & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations & Marketing Manager to join Holdens Law.

The successful candidate should be familiar with the workings of a medium sized, high street law firm and have experience of managing a firm’s compliance and regulatory documentation, (in conjunction with the firm’s COLP). 

The role would involve handling a diverse range of tasks including:

  • Managing Lexcel assessments
  • Assisting with SRA obligations
  • Management of training, inductions
  • Maintenance of risk, data breach and complaints registers
  • Liaising with our external IT providers and management of our IT equipment
  • Appraisals of non-fee earning staff
  • Assistance with recruitment.

The candidate will also have responsibility for:

  • Updating the firm’s website
  • Co-ordination of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X) to enhance our brand awareness and increase engagement
  • Management of content creation and posting
  • Liaising with external agencies and media outlets
  • Occasional event management.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience. Excellent benefits.
