Peter Rutherford is the Senior Partner at Holdens and head of our private client department which includes both residential and commercial conveyancing. He acts for a wide range of corporate and commercial clients.

Peter attended Leicester University and obtained a degree in law in 1979. He then went on to Chester Law College before joining Holdens in 1980, becoming a Partner in 1984.

Peter acts as Trustee for several local charities and has been a Director of the Lancaster Abbeyfield Society for over 25-years.
