Daniel is a Trainee Solicitor with the firm, having completed the Legal Practice Course in June 2010 at the University of Central Lancashire. He joined Holdens in March 2008, incorporating part-time study alongside work in the Litigation and Personal Injury Department. He is supervised by Peter Rutherford, and is due to qualify as a solicitor in late 2010.

As well as his work in Litigation and Personal Injury, Daniel has also undertaken work relating to Employment matters, both for employer and employee, and is keen to develop this field of work within the firm.

Prior to his studies at the University of Central Lancashire, Daniel completed a BA (Hons) in English and History at Lancaster University, graduating in 2002.

In his spare time, Daniel is a lifelong Everton and Morecambe FC football fan, and attends as many matches as time permits.
